Matchmaker Band takes pride in having the absolute best vocalists in the state of Texas on our team. Every member of the band makes the band special - from the four front-line singers every night all the way to our phenomenal lighting directors and sound techs behind the scenes. But we know you and your guests will be watching our singers more than anyone else in the band. They get to share the most special moments of your night with you, connecting with you and your guests in a multitude of ways. They sing your special first dance song, they bring you up on stage, they sing Taylor Swift with your bridesmaids, they start a soul train with your grandpa, they bring your brothers up to karaoke “Stayin’ Alive.” The entire band makes the magic, but the majority of your memories will, without a doubt, be with our singers. So, let’s help you get to know them a little bit better.
Meet Torri. Torri has been singing with Matchmaker Band for three years. She moved to Austin, TX from Columbus, OH and we have loved having her as part of the Matchmaker Band family. Torri has performed hundreds of times with Matchmaker Band at weddings, corporate parties, Motown Mondays and more, but we aren’t the only ones in Austin who picked up on her mega talent. Torri has performed at huge Austin staple venues such as the Paramount Theatre and ACL. She was even a part of local legend Ruthie Foster’s 2021 Grammy nomination. Here’s a little more about Torri:
